Why I'm Fundraising for MHA
I’m fundraising for MHA because caring for others is more than just my job, it’s who I am. As a Care Assistant at MHA Trembaths, I have the privilege of supporting vulnerable people every day, helping them feel safe, valued, and cared for during difficult times.
Working in care has taught me how much difference kindness, patience, and companionship can make. Often, it’s the small things, a listening ear, a reassuring conversation, or simply being there, that mean the most.
Running the London Marathon for MHA would be an honour. I’ll be running not only for myself, but for the residents who inspire me, my compassionate colleagues, and my family who support me every step of the way.
