How much do I need to raise?
Each event has a minimum sponsorship target, which will be clearly stated when you register. This helps us fund vital services that support older people to live later life well.

When do I need to pay my sponsorship by?
Deadlines vary by event, but we’ll let you know key dates once your place is confirmed.
Getting Started
How do I sign up?
Simply complete the registration form for your chosen event. If you’re applying for a charity place, we’ll review your application and be in touch.
Can I take part if I already have my own place?
Yes, we’d love to have you on Team MHA. Just let us know when you register and we’ll support you with your fundraising.
Do I need previous experience?
Many of our events are open to all abilities, and you can take part at a pace that suits you. However, some events, such as the London Marathon, do require a good level of fitness and preparation.

Submitting a form for a charity place is an expression of interest and does not guarantee entry. All applications are reviewed.
